We need to replace the crank and want to replace the handle/cover and the piece that connects to the window. Can we get the part numbers?

Greetings, Would like to order replacement hardware for these windows. The screw pops out on 3 out of 4. Any help on what parts I need would be appreciated. Best, Paul

I need to replace the crank from a Marvin window. The identifying numbers/letters on the window are 01 IGCC CBA IGMAC made in 1991 A couple of the teeth on the gear in the crank have broken off

Im looking for the replacement part for a truth right side window crank assembly. The device will crank the window out but not crank the window back in. What is the swisco part #? The crank mechanism is stripped and will no longer open and close the window. Tell me what part it is and I will order it.

Unit has the # 30841L also US Pat 4.241,542 Spans approximately 16 inchs

Hi there -- Would you confirm that the 39-032 part is the proper replacement for this operator? I'm especially concerned about the up-offset that I can't see in the pictures on the website, though we are installing a new clip mount. Entry Guard truth on big arm and 3084IL on smaller arm. you mentioned part number 39-035 on another thread however that part has just one arm?

The crank stopped working on the right hand window. I'm attaching a photo of the broken crank. Also attaching a photo of the working crank on the left-hand window, which I'm assuming is a mirror image of the one on the right hand side. Ladies and Gentlemen: I have 6 KK casement windows with the above cranks. Four on the righthand side and two on the left. Baseplate has #40254 on it. Truth EntryGard. Smaller arm that connects to corner of window is stamped #20544. Gear cover is stamped #30471. Need complete new assembly including crank handle. Thanks.

my operator looks like your EntryGard Dual Arm Operator 39-031. The numbers stamped on mine differ from that I saw in the video (https://www.swisco.com/videos/view35) which showed an actual window installation near the end (0:43). Especially the short arm (mine has number 20810 vs yours of 20755). ... (cont.)

Hi! I am trying to locate this part. It is Entrygard / Truth and says numbers on 6D404 - another window says 6D904 so not sure if that can change?
