39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

I may have ordered the wrong part39-147It's 4.5"measurement of the crank unit.5 in across on plastic cover.Do you have this part?

I have 6 windows that that have these cranks they will no longer crank out or in. Please identify part so I can replace the window cranks when I use the crank it just spins.

We have confirmed an issue with the crank on a monarch window as being the outside most gear as having small section of it stripped to wear when the crank is being operated it reaches a point where it slips and the gears are no longer locked together

Needing a replacement crank assembly for Crestline window. Short arm had numbers 20810 stamped and is 4 3/8" long. Long arm is 9 1/2" long with numbers 40754 stamped.
