Hello, We have numerous casement windows that the crank handles are numbered 45054. The base is missing the male part to put the handle into. The description of 39-032 and 39-031 describe the Offset as downward. I can not tell from the picture (since there is no side view of it) if this is what I need. The ones I need need, have to go up toward the clip stud bracket. Could you please confirm if this does that. Thanks Gary ... (cont.)

Window does not shut all the way. I believe I need a new mechanism. Photo attachedI believe these are Crestline windows. Installed in 2001. The only code I see on the window is CIG 03 01 13.3.
