Please help me with product identification. The unit is good, just my crank seems to be the problem. Should I replace the entire unit or can I just replace the crank.

I am needing 3 right hand openers and 1 left hand openers. The One arm says Entry Guard Truth on it. ?Do you have a replacement for a Marvin 3248 casement window operator crank assembly? I purchased the window in July 1989 and the gears are now stripped. It opens but doesn't close. The assembly arms are stamped "Truth."

Crank mechanism for window

When cranking window the gear shaft just comes right out because the ring around it that has a lot of fine lines does not stay in. I have tapped it in all the way. A Marvin window, casement, there is a number on crank mechanism 40471. Truth hardware.

Hello I am looking for a part number for crank handle and the actual operating arm per the attached pictures below. This is what it looks like without the cover.

I ordered 4 #39-032 entry Gard Dual Arm Operators to replace 4 Truth Entry Guard Operators #R30842. Please see attached picture with old R30842 on window and new 39-032 beside it. What part should I have ordered or what am I doing wrong?

Our Wilmar wooden casement window (around 28 years old) won't close once opened. The device appears to be stripped. Wilmar is no longer in business. Have been told we need to replace the entire mechanism. Prefer bronze to match others. There are two arms connected to the device. Not sure wher ... (cont.)

The only markings I see are Semco on the crank handle and EntryGard on the crank arm. Hope that is enough to match. Thanks!
