From the picture, the long arm is numbered 30470 L.H. and is 9 3/8" or 9 1/2". Mid Arm is numbered 30636 and is about 3 7/8". Short arm on the right is numbered 20544 and is 4 1/2".

the operators we have are stripped and I need to replace them. They are Norco windows and operators say EntryGard and Truth. I do not have pictures of the operators removed as I need to leave the tenant with operating windows (they can open and close if someone is outside to push window closed when ... (cont.)

My handles have come off and the gears are spinning out when trying to close. I will actually need a few of these. Also wondering if you guys have screen assemblies? There are a couple windows that do not even have the frames thank you for your help.

our L hand operator is C-1081-101 with long arm S-1081-102 and short arm S-1081-56our R hand operator is C-1081-201 with long arm S-1081-202 and short arm S-1081-56are these operators still available?

I need t new window crank mecahnism. Thie is an Anderson Casement. Window from 1989-90 above kitchen sink. Has Truth HW Logo and a #30744 on one part. I need both left and right. The crank is stamped with a 32 on the left side and a 04 on the right side.

I have 6 windows that that have these cranks they will no longer crank out or in. Please identify part so I can replace the window cranks when I use the crank it just spins.

We have confirmed an issue with the crank on a monarch window as being the outside most gear as having small section of it stripped to wear when the crank is being operated it reaches a point where it slips and the gears are no longer locked together
