The numbers listed are 40471 on the base. 30841L on the short are and 30470 L. H. On the long arm. What should I order to replace it?Sylvia

I guess I forgot to take any pictures of the trim that covers this mechanism. Here are the photos of the mechanism as of right now. From the picture, the long arm is numbered 30470 L.H. and is 9 3/8" or 9 1/2". Mid Arm is numbered 30636 and is about 3 7/8". Short arm on the right is numbered 20544 and is 4 1/2".
