Hi, I have two wood casement windows 26 and 9/16" wide. The white plastic crank cases are mounted on the left side of the 1st window and the right side of the 2nd. The track on the bottom of each window is 11 3/8" marked w lettering "Depress arm to detach" and "Truth" The bottom arm on the crank as ... (cont.)

We have a window with a stripped crank that won't open with turning. The metal extension rod is labeled "Entry Gard TRUTH'. With the number 20610. I haven't removed any pieces of the handle from the window. Can you tell me what part(s) I need to be able to operate the crank-open/close feature. ... (cont.)

I have Semco casement windows that are about 20 years old. They are in pretty good shape but I'm in the process of refinishing a number of them and need to replace some components. Can you tell me based on these images what parts I'll need? Thanks, Remig

Need to replace a number of KK window mechanisms in 35 year old log home in Wisconsin. Most come off track and cannot be closed for inside house. Operator shaft piece isn't able to close the window. It can pick up the gears to open the window but just rotates on closing. It looks a little striped. Is there anyway I can just replace the shaft piece? The screws attaching the dual arms to the window look almost impossible to reach unless the who ... (cont.)

Trying to locate these replacement window cranks

Parts label 30841L.

I need something that is smaller then the ten inches on the right arm. It is a small casement window. It seems to be 6 and a half inches.

The drive screw is no longer properly retained in the operator mechanism and pushes out when closing the window. I may only need a retainer clop of some sort, but it may be simpler to replace the entire operator. An exploded parts view would be very helpful.
