39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Hi! Trying to replace these! I measured and want to make sure to order the right parts! Thank you!!!!!

Attached are pictures of what I need and what I was sent. The picture on the order form looks like I ordered the correct parts, but what I was shipped doesn't match the picture, from what I can tell. Need replacement operators and handles for right and left hand opening windows. Crack handle pops off when trying to crank window closed. Current handles are stamped Windsor but window mounted hardware is stamped Truth. Arm is 9" long

Window will let out but want retract. Handle just turns out of the crank.

This is Truth hardware for Marvin casement window. As shown in the pic, I need the cog that goes in the opening and then the crank handle fits on that.

The handle doesn't close

This window was made with Truth sign on parts and the latches and hinges look to be replaced.

The black sliders that connect the arm to the window are broken in several windows. I don't believe it is possible to get that part. If not, can you help identify the correct full arm replacement for this window both right and left side opening. The bracket that the arm slides in is about 11 5/8 inc ... (cont.)

Do you have available the opening and closing mechanism for a shoulder window? The mechanism has worn off a tooth in this will not open and close properly. I am attaching a photo.

The gears are stripped and so is the crank to the point the crank comes out

The part that I just received from eBay is obviously not the correct part. Can you please help me identify the correct part? looking at the window from the inside the crank is on the right and from the outside it is on the left so no doubt about it I (at the very least) selected the incorrect side ... I'm trying to find a replacement casement operator any help would be greatly appreciated. On the straight arm stamped-30470 L.H.-On the two piece arm bent piece has -30841- stamped on it and the straight piece has -20510- stamped on it. I can't really make out any other markings.
