Hinge has completely rusted off. I think I need to replace the 2-bar hinge set and possibly the operator arm. Can see on operator arm, model number L3084I and 20810. This part comes up as a dual arm SWISCO #39-032 & 39-031 respective, which I have received delivery. Obviously, what I needed is a single arm w/ an "elbow". I am looking for a replacement for a single arm Truth window operator with R30842 listed on the arm. There is also a 308830 listed on the center of the base.

Need replacement for Truth casement window crank. On arm of crank is etched "30841L".

I ordered the replacement part 39-035 for the above part but my contractor is telling me it operates the wrong direction. I didn't notice an option for that part and had no idea it would be a factor. I need to get the correct part and possibly return the one I ordered.

Truth brand operator needs replacement on the left panel of a bay window. The screw part/mechanism that attached to the handle was loose and came right out after removing from the window.
