Hello I have a no name brand bathroom casement window opens to the left .the crank operator gears are stripped out .only name I can find on the crank operator is by TRUTH made in the usa .dont know if you could help?

Window is 16" w x 31" h, a small casement. Opens to left. Ring gear on the operator shaft pops out. I drove it in and it stays provided the window is used gently. Would like to replace this hinge since the plastic part that holds it on track is broken.In looking at the existing hinge, I noticed the top hinge's arm does not snap off. See attached pic.
