I ordered one 39-035 and one 39-036. When trying to install the mechanism I discovered the extension arm is shorter than the original. Is there a different model I should be looking for?

I have Truth brand openers 30841L, 30842R. It looked like I needed 39-035 and 39-036 of your openers. But the piece that goes to the linkage on top is straight, and mine has a slight bend in it. The brackets rusted off. I can see truth on the part with the gears. I'm looking to replace the entire bracket, operator, bracket too. Part number 50.60.14.011. Looked close but not sure. This is opening a one foot by three foot bay window. Need both right and left sides. Help!

Left operator. Has # 30841L. Left operator also has #20810 on the underside of the operator arm.Right operator has # R30842.

The rivet that attaches the hinged crank arm to the corner bracket fixed at the window's corner has popped. Would rather replace than try to re-rivet.

The crank slips and want to replace it. Looks more built in to the window. Is there a part?
