I am looking for a replacement casement window opene. The window swings out to the left and is about 12 1/4" wide

Please see attached photo with original casement operator that I am trying to replace (on top in second pic) and Swisco part no. 39-032 (on bottom in second pic). 39-032 matches the original operator in all dimensions (mounting plate, split arm, and even the screw holes) except that it has the secon ... need to replace this opener ...it is a truth with numbers 30744 stamped on it...both arms are approx 5" long

The window will crank open but not shut. Owens Corning number 622009. This crank is located on the rhs of the window looking out. The glass dimensions are 33.5 by 35.5 inches.
