I have a white vinyl casement window and the operator is broken.It's a Truth Entrygard hardware.The short member coming off of the operator arm is ~4" longThe long member is ~5" longThe cover is cracked and needs to be replaced.The handle is okay.Can I get a replacement?Scott

This casement operator has stamped on it 30842R and I see the identification of this part on your website but I need one that the long arm is only 5 1/2". Thinking I need a modified 39-032My long arm is about 5 1/4 not 10 3/4 as in the 39-032 version...so I need a 39-032 with a 5 1/4" long arm (not 10 3/4 as in the 30-032)My window hinges are on the left side of the leverDoes that mean I need the 39-032 type of lever?...or do I need the 39-031 version ... The Crank on a casement window has driven the worm gear out of the casting. I have attached a picture of the crank assemble. One of my windows, the spline won't stay in so window doesn't operate, truth window all I see is 30636 on the arm thing, which part would replace this please if anyone knows?

it get almost close and will not go the last inch if we push it from the out side it will shut but it feels like something its jammed I removed the clips and locking hook and did not improve it so does it need a replacement crank ? here are the pic of the crank and clips

Sliding sleeve that has a pin that fits into window has deteriorated, rusted and broke so that no pin exists to hold the window and thus not able to advance open or close.
