I have a white vinyl casement window and the operator is broken.It's a Truth Entrygard hardware.The short member coming off of the operator arm is ~4" longThe long member is ~5" longThe cover is cracked and needs to be replaced.The handle is okay.Can I get a replacement?Scott

This casement operator has stamped on it 30842R and I see the identification of this part on your website but I need one that the long arm is only 5 1/2". Thinking I need a modified 39-032My long arm is about 5 1/4 not 10 3/4 as in the 39-032 version...so I need a 39-032 with a 5 1/4" long arm (not 10 3/4 as in the 30-032)My window hinges are on the left side of the leverDoes that mean I need the 39-032 type of lever?...or do I need the 39-031 version ...
