Hi Swisco, I recently had shades installed that didn't take the position of the window lever in to account. My general question: is it possible to add a different type of lever that doesn't stick out vertically? The windows are 20 years old. Thank you, Susan

I broke the handle off one just like this and I think I have read that I will need to replace the entire awning window mechanism, but I hope not. I hope you can help. Thank you

Hello, I have 4 windows that have crank #1, that i need to have replaced in black. I also have 2 windows that have crank #3 on each, with the lock (crank #4). can you help identify the correct fit and replacement for these?

I have a scissor hinge that the crank is broken on. Not sure if this style opener is available any more.

The first pic is the broken handle for a entry door the second pic is what it is supposed to look like. Do you have these?

My operators do not seem to pull the windows tight anymore, is there adjustments on these or replacement parts? These are mounted the opposite the hinges.

I'm looking for a replacement awning window lever opener. If a one for one replacement is not available, I'd like something similar, and I'll make it work. Thank you for your help.

Broken handle

I know you probably prefer this removed but I'm a little hesitant about removing it before I know I can replace it. Can you tell the style by these pictures? Could be Andersen but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I am looking to replace the operators on my awning windows. What was originally installed was a "lever" type operator, not a crank. Can you identify this?

Hi , wondering how to identify this piece to replace ? It has #30008 on one arm and 30897a on the other arm . I need to replace the whole window sill piece and I assume the arms too as it seems it's one piece .
