I don't know the manufacturer of these windows. The house was built in 1957. I suspect they are Anderson's. I have 5 of these awning windows, 3 of them with broken handles which makes it nearly impossible to open them. I have no idea how to get the mechanisms out of the frame. I can remove the windo ... Hi. I have some snapped off levers. Mechanisms work fine. How do I measure to get correct size and are there videos on how to replace?

Our window operators don't seem to get the windows all the way closed anymore, and there is no separate lock to snug it in tighter. I have several awning windows that do not completely close when the handle lever is in the fully closed position. This creates a big gap along bottom edge and a drafty situation. Can I adjust them to pull the window in more tightly, or do I have to replace the hardware?

My window is inscribed with - 1 Window 10-69. There is nothing else on the glass or the hardware. I need to replace an opening handle like the one pictured above. The arms that open the window are 12" long. It is an awning style window, and the visible glass measures 3

Hello- We have several broken handles we need to replace. I have included a photo of one that is not broken. Unfortunately, the handles broke off while trying to open the window at our camp in Maine.
