I need identification of a window balance for this window. The numbers on the side of the balancer say 2740 3. S. I and the letters RJ.

I am looking for this window tilt latch.

Window weighs 34lbs.

I have a 25 year old house with vinyl window (bottom pane tilts inward). The left side spring broke and would like to replace it. Please see attached and let me know if you have a part for sale. Thank you.

Do you know where to find these little roller guides for a sliding glass vanity door and the top slide guide. The mirror door is 1/4" glass . The parts are original to the house built in 2004

We are trying to fix this window which does not go up & down. you can slide it up but then some strong object or sturdy glass bottle has to be used to prop it up. Need new unit for Windsor window.

I purchased 15-259, 26-083, 15-255 and S159-07 to fix my Simonton windows but the coil balance pivot shoe does not fit in the opening in the vinyl track of my windows. For Milgard Window # on channel = 13 2 Both top & shoe are winged Metal channel length is 13-5/8 Not sure how to measure shoe, it does not equal either 1" (model 380) or 1-3/32" (model 385). Looking to replace four (2 paiirs) Stanek window balancers. C-channel is 30in long, 9/16in wide, 9/16in deep. The rivet holding the spring toward the top is centered 2-3/16in from the top edge. It's a 1/2 balancer that mesure 21 inch on the metal part only. I don't see a marking that will let me know brand or specifically model. Could you help me ?

Need help identify brand and model of this lock for my casement window. It is no longer turning the fork to lock the window. I think it's a multi-point lock.
