The clip is pictured is broken. The bottom guide is only 1" in depth, 15/16 in width and has wing.the topGuide is 1/2 depth and 15/16" in width and has wings.

I don't see any name, numbers, or markings on the latch. This latch is different in terms of that there is a screw gap for the screw holding the corner together.

I believe these are called window balance or counter balance support springs(?). We need to replace this pair of springs for a window that slides from the bottom and holds at the top.
