I have 1 Simonton window that needs the coil spring, pivot shoe, spring cover and pivot bar to be replaced on both sides of the window. Also have 1 window where the tilt latch needs to be replaced. The screws ripped out of this window. I fixed once before but continues to pull out. What material would you use to fill the hole and rescrew.?

Hello! I have a prime line C1126 door handle & latch that I need a keeper for. No stores near me have a keeper that goes with a clamp latch. This clamp is about 2 inches long. Thanks!

As you can see I need this size with the top clip and green shoes 1 inch. looking at 34 total this size and 2 more would be 34b bsi I know we could use the s795 but then we would have to make screw holes in all the windows

I found a similar part 3/8" thick, but not 9/16" thick. Are they interchangeable? Is 9/16" available? Thanks. -Chris

See the attached photo of the window operator. The operator itself seems to be working fine. But there is an arm broken off from the base on the edge of the window frame. The rivet is broken off.
