My patio door has the same stamp of MT-1 ALI CBA... Were you able to figure out who the manufacturer was?

The lock on my patio door has failed and needs to be replaced. It is 3/4" wide, 11 3/4" tip to tip, 11" from top screw hole to bottom screw hole

I have a right side awnng window hinge that is broken. (The photo shows the left side hinge.) I believe it is a 3-bar hinge - please confirm. It is 12 inch hinge. Do you carry the replacement hinge? Also, is it sold as a pair for the leftand right hinges?

Parks 82-089 and 82-090 are both listed as 8 1/2 inch. I needed a 10 inch handle. Did you have another part recommendation?

Windows will not stay up identified it to be a shoe issue but cannot find replacement shoe please help me.

Hello, the lever that locks and unlocks the handle from the inside has fallen off and I'm not sure what needs to be replaced

Stamp 19 5 Metal length 19.5 I need two balances.

One of the posts broke, and the arm is no longer attached. The arm that broke has Truth 30746 on it. With one shot of the upper arm that is not broken.

The windows are at least 20 years old. AlSide Geneva double hung tilt-in. I have plenty of pivot rods. I just included the image to show how it locks into the shoe. I cut the vinyl per your video to remove the Pivot shoe. It measures 9/16" deep thick until you get to the pivot point then it is 5/ ... (cont.)

This door sweep is called a bug sweep by the manufacturer. It is used on Elite/2000 screen enclosure doors.

Hello, I am looking to get at least 1 new window balance for my window but having a hard time finding one that matches this. It is 27.5 in channel balance and hoping you can help me. Thank you! Kristi

Window dims: 23"x9.5" (~5lb) With the 20-4 balancers, when opened the window raises itself all the way. I believe I need a 20-1 or at least lighter balancers. Hoping to confirm and order appropriate replacements. Thanks!
