I am looking for replacement guides for these Pella casement window stays. I have four windows that have guides broken to some degree or another. Also two of the stays are missing the screw-in knob / handle at the end of the stay bar. If exact replacement knob is not available, I will need four o ... (cont.)

I ordered the 81-087. The wheels on yours is a 1 inch 1/2 . The ones in the door are a 1 in. 1/4. The inch and half will not work. Any suggestions?
