Please advise as to suitable replacement

Double hung window Balance 407sor 8 cant read the writing

I have a bathroom window that the balancers are broken on and want to make sure I get the proper replacement part. It looks like a 26" Series 385 Channel Balancer with option 2520, but not 100% sure.

This is a picture of top middle & bottom of balance 28" in. looked at a few online 770 seems to be upgraded version, but further lookn seen to b block and tackle

I have three of these were the spring inside has broken. Do you think you could help in locating a spring for these latches? It measures 3" x 1/4".Sincerely Chris

The handle mechanism is broken the picture with the ruler shows the measurement as it is opening up. Can you identify the correct part and if so how soon can we get it shipped. Charlie

Hi this is from an empire pacific window circa 2000. No tilt. They are no longer in business. Stamp marking indicates 2530 BSI ME. 26 inch long. Can you please identify the proper part? If there is a way to attach a photo I can provide also. Thank you, mark.

The windows still have original very hard brittle rubber splines that need to be replaced. Help please!

Measurements: Tube: Red tip 34" tube length 5/8 diameter Shoe: 5/8" thick 1.25 wide probably 2" high approximately Please see photos of parts. I think these are S600 parts.

Good Morning, Several of our window tilt latches have broken, they are 2 3/8 by 3/8. Trying to find replacements but there's no manufacturer anywhere on the windows. I would like to replace 10 of these, but not knowing what will fit. Getting them out is an issue as most windows are missing one ... (cont.)

I have various height windows. Balance is 1/2" wide x 9/16" deep. Balance: 4 with the metal part 29" long 2 with the metal part 27" long 2 other windows had 2 different size balances, metal part 31" & 35". Window is 36" long so I think 35" would be the right one. looking for replacement operator as current one is stripped. the arm works well, would just like to replace the crank if possible

I need two new double wheel rollers for my doors. I found the manufacture tag on the door frame and will include a picture of it as well.
