Looking for replacement weatherstrip and roller wheels.

I need to find a replacement for a multipoint lock for a Northstar case window. Pictures of the part are attached. I appreciate your help. Northstar part no. 525.2670. White. Part no R.187 on the locking mechanism.

We have French doors with a deadbolt and key. We are able to unlock from the outside but not lock. Are we doing something wrong?

I need 2 bottom rollers for sliding glass door and 2 top plastic rollers. I also have other pictures then just the 5 above.

I have 5 MW bottom tilt windows, house built in 1998, that need new spiral balances. The length of the balance top to bottom is 47.5" and the white cover over the coil is 31". I understand there is a tool to help install the balances and I would like that also.

I have two sash window windows with broken coil springs. window 1 - weighs 37.5lb and I attach photos of the mechanism. On each side there are 3 coils, 2 x 9lb and 1 x 4lb, a total of 22lb. I've got a customer looking for a replacement on this balancer. I was having a hard time finding it. If I could get a replacement part or pointed in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated.

Window latch or guide?

Here's a challenge. I don't know the window manufacturer or what these parts are classed. The "set screw" came out of the "thing" and I can't attach it to the window. I can't move the window with the crank. What do I need to fix this. Help please.
