Hi, I'm trying to replace the window crank cover to this window and I cannot identify which part to order. The rest of the crank still seems to work fine just the cover that is broken. Can you help me ID the replacement. Thanks! Laura

In search for two window spring housing as shown in pics. These are from another window in the house. Currently have one window with springs resting in place (shown in pics attached) but the housings are missing. Home built in 1964.

The crank mechanism on this window is functional, but once the window is opened to the halfway point, the arm connector drops out of the track and has to be manually reinserted to close the window.

I need some help. I tried replacing the lock on my 311/312 SGD and it fell threw the door when i tried replacing it! I am at a loss on what to do now. Should I replace the entire lock and handle or try to just replace the cuts?Id appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Hi, this channel balance is 27 inches long (the metal part). it has the following marking: 26DS 32, also between the numbers it says BSI NL

The lock is broken on the left.

My window doesn't stay up. From what I read, I need to replace the balance shoe but don't know which replacement part I need. I don't see any markings or stamps. This is from a wood frame sliding glass door from the 80s. there is a 4 7/8" adjustment screw that comes in from the end of the door. There are no markings on the part and I can't find any makings on the door. It has PPG Hurculite tempered glass and a sash controls 1265 marked handle. ... (cont.)

First time I am stumped on a particular glazing bead this one seems to be a two piece system. looks like its snaps into frame and also a vinyl race onto surface of glass. Not sure who the manufacturer is, but definately a wood clad system any help would be appreciated.
