I have several coils and locks that are broken , if possible can you assist me with identifying the proper replacement parts

Simoton 7000 series patio door lock handle needed to be replaced (locking mechanism broke). Installed originally by Sears Home services in 2003. Serial #03583670120001 Model K0195?? (See photos)

Hello, We are looking to replace our window balances. Our windows do not tilt outwards, they just move up and down. The marking on them says Caldwell 32-5-GS I believe. The metal part measures 33 inches and the depth is just over a half inch.

The tube is stamped 33 4 caldwell and the actual tube is 34" I think I need 15-005 shoe 19-002 top guide and 62-105 pointed hook I need 4 pieces - 2left 2right
