House sitting for a friend and their window is broken, would love to fix it for them. This window latch seems to be broken off where it protrudes into the channel. Found some stuff on Amazon but don't trust that it is a correct replacement. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

On my second try to obtain replacement tilt latch I settled on item # 26-393B. ALMOST a perfect replacement, except about 3/16 inches short. can't find correct length. Thanks for your help.

Metal channel is 25.5". Stamp is 25.4. Manufacturer is Milgard Windows (I think). Not sure of manufacture date; I believe it was 2005 or so. I need 1 balance.

Trying to replace a patio door keeper. Can only find keepers that have a latch hook that is on the bottom, while mine latches on top. Is it possible to just turn keeper upside down?

Please see photo of sash lock and keeper. I think this might just be the thin plastic keeper in my cart (hopefully you can see). In one photo, you will see the damaged lock that is missing the keeper. I would like to simply move it over and install a new keeper. Thanks Bill
