Can you help me figure out which part replaces the sash balance in the picture. Seems like the important number is 3568n where n is covered up. The window is an Anderson double hung 32x52 window.

Looking to confirm parts group numbers for my window balances. Spring coil is stamped '407 J'

I need help to identify replacement rollers for the guardian industries mirror sliding closet doors. It has become hard to slide the doors & I am hoping by replacing the rollers will suffice or kindly advise if tracks replacement is necessary. The measured opening is 58" x 79".

A sliding glass patio door is missing the keeper. The keeper has to mount inside a narrow track and 1/2" wide keepers will not fit. Another sliding door in the building still has the keeper. The d/g units date from 1984 and the seals are still good. But the plastic fitments on both sides have degraded, split, broken over the years.They might have been intended as a feeble lock but there is a central aluminium catch to secure the upper & lower sashes. The gear and shaft for the window is broke off from the rest of the assembly. We also need the latch for the window. It is a left side latch on the window and the crank is to the right side of the bottom of the window unit. The windows are from the mid 90"s. Part number on the latch assembly is 3 ... (cont.)
