I am needing replacement balances for my windows. The 15" Series 380 Channel Balance Product Code: S380-15 looks identical. However, I'm wanting one with a stronger spring. I purchased 2 of the roller spring balances then discover the retainer clips were broken as well. I cant seem to find them. Hope you can help

This latch is for a PGT double hung window.

I am looking to replace a window balance that is stuck at the bottom of the window. It is for a tilt window. The Balance is white and has a tension string. The only Marking we see is 28C BSI or 28C 851. The stamps are a bit difficult to read.

Please help identify this tilt latches. 2" hole space, 3 1/2" length.

I know its an IWC window. Aluminum. There is a latch in the center with IWC stamped on it. There is one of these on each side, the pic on the tape measure is the one on the right, I need the one on the left as well as it is broken, so I may as well replace both. They are plastic. hi - this window was damaged by a bear getting in. looks like i'll need that bent arm assembly, as well as the crank and cover for the latching mechanism. also some of the wood trim parts and the screen. thanks for your help!

We need to replace a coil spring. Please see attached photos. (The full coil is not shown in Photo IMG_2668 because part of it snapped off). The coil is stamped #832. See IMG_2672.
