the existing is a duel and has a 10 marking on each piece. The foot cam broke out of the existing. It measures 9/16 x 1 1/4". Thank You Mike

Hello. It looks like the two balancers I have in one window are different. One is stapled in with 1027 stamped on it. The other is screwed in with 637 stamped on it. The black outside handle has sash controls Inc. PT 1963 inside it. The inside handle has a number 1060-1943. The metal piece that shoots the lock arm out is broken. The 350 and 380 look the same can you help please

I need to replace a LH operator on a casement window. The first photo shows the RH operator as installed. The remaining 4 photos are the actual LH operator that needs to be replaced. The "long arm" is stamped "Entry Gard- Truth"and measures just under 11". The underside of the "long arm" is stamped ... (cont.)

Looking for springs and housings. The track is 1/2" wide and the windows pivot. I could use help sourcing the proper parts. Springs are #4, sash weighs 25 pounds.
