I'm looking for some replacement plastic inserts for my heavy sliding glass door. The door itself has no identifying markings I can find, but the glass itself has this etched into it: ANSI Z97.1-1975 SGCC-350 16CFR1201-1.11 SGCC-844 BS6206A

Hi, I need to order part HG04 2006U. I can open and close my window. Also any other parts that you think I'll need to replace with this. My window crank still seems to be working but if you think I should buy i new one I will.

Part of inside handle broke. Can I buy just the broken bar? I don't need the actual inside handle or any outside parts. Thanks

Hi the thumb turn does not always turn the lock. It feels like the bar from the cylinder slips or is loose. I'm not sure if I need a new handleset, just the keyed cylinder or the mortise lock? The keyed cylinder is 3/4" wide by 1 3/4" long.thanks

I dropped my mortise lock into the door. Then I took the door sash off and turned it upside down. But I missed the mortise lock on the way by, and now it's stuck in the top of the door. The spring holder has the number 11 on it. The pivot piece has the number 4 on it.

I will need 10 of these balancers. The stamp is 2950 BSILength is 30 inches not including the accessories. Can you let me know what item I need to purchase and approx time it will take to deliver. Thank you Ryan

We are trying to replace several latches for the windows in a house we recently purchased. The piece that holds the window in place has broken on many of the windows. I have Truth window casement locks that hang-up with the blinds every time I draw the blinds up. I want to replace them with locks that are more profiled so they don't catch the blinds as they go up. What casement window locks can I replace these with. Two photos attached. Bob

The photos show two views of a window whose balances don't work anymore. There are no manufacture markings on the window, but we are told from a local building supply store that the windows are American craftsman.
