Would you be able to tell if you have this tilt latch and how much.

The window i weighed at 30lb. Each spring in the 2 spring units are marked 7.5lb 35 (maybe 35 is length ?? ) the springs are 1/2" wide.I removed both left and right side and to my amaze the springs (2 per side ) were not broken. (no cracks in the coil was visible) .The window has begun to slide do ... (cont.)

Patio sliding screen door rollers.

this piece is located in the upper right and left corners of the removal storm window. Appears to be plastic or nylon. piece is held in place with a Phillips self threading counter sunk Metal screw at each corner. Purpose is to hold the top of the window in place when raised and lowered. Also help ... (cont.)

Mounts on window sash goes into retractor

Photos attached are of a pivot lock shoe from Survivor series 2100 window installed in 2003. The teeth in the lock shoe do not securely hold the 'prongs' in the internal spiral. In my manufactured home bathroom, the brown window crank is broken. The crank stem is 5" in length and made of plastic. The handle has Philips Industries Inc on it. Do you have this part? Maybe there is an alternate to this made of steel?
