On the outside of our bay window, we are missing a couple plastic pieces that seem to cover the edge of the glass. It's almost 3/4" x 3/4".

My tube is vinyl instead of metal. It measures five eights nominally. length is 31 and the tip is green. Your site doesn't show a green tip as an option for the 31 inch 58 tube. not sure which one to buy.

Hi, I've been looking for replacement lock keepers but I can't find these types. They extend down into the sash and have supports that go down and allow the screw to go through. Do you have something that will work?

Does this fit Anderson 400 series?

Please identify the balance channel attached. I was unable to take photos of them installed. Balance channel is 1/2"width by 28" long. Special marking is 2740. let me know if you need anything else.
