I have a single hung aluminum window with a missing latch I'm not able to find and wondered if you had any info on it. It latches by the bottom latching onto the bottom frame which has a ledge for it. Thank you!

If I order 4 of these will they be keyed the same?

I can open the windows but they won't close crank arm turns until they come out completely both left and right sides (2 windows) name on part says entrygard truth. Are these parts available and do I have to replace the whole operator or just the crank arm? All the teeth on the gears look good still. ... (cont.)

Hi I'd like a part number and replacement instructions if possible. Seems to have been broken by window cleaner but they won't admit to it.

The old part has no indented stamps. Only the ink stamp "26 9 BX CMC 7". We ordered S385-27 option 2610. Everything fit fine, it just wasn't strong enough to hold up the window. Customer had inside handle break on them, out side shows some aging so wanted to replace both if possible.

I installed a new Atrium lever lockset in satin nickel to replace a very old brass set. The outdoor satin nickel handle keeps coming off because it appears to only be held on by a small screw at the bottom of the latch and the screw keeps coming loose. Cabinet bracket is held by a small plastic part as seen in the picture. I am not able to find a replacement. Cabinet maker has been outbid business for many years. Local stores do not carry this part. No numbers on part.
