The part in the picture has snapped off and windows will not stay open. You can see the broken part and the part that is not broken.Is it a Thermal gard window plastic pivot bar?

I need the top tabs for this or if the whole unit isnt too expensive I would be interested in puchasing the whole channel with spring, cord, and top and bottom plastic tabs. Hello, I'm trying to figure out what part to order to replace my window channel balance. The string broke, so if I can just re-weave a new string into there, that would be good to know. Looking to identify the replacement for the channel balance in the photos. 32c is stamped on there. The spring is 17in. Our lock snapped off the inside part of our sliding door handle. I think we just need to install a new handle. The only kind of item number I can find is ADW-8 ASTM 2190-ARG. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on the part(s) we need. Thank you,Mike
