Hi, I have a Reliabilt model: 719801223715 set of sliding glass doors with no handles. I wanted to know which of your would work for this model. The interior latch is already built in, I just need handles that will work for this, if that's possible. (Black preferably).

I need to replace the coils and shoes on my window. Each side has 2 5k coils and what looks to be the 15-177 shoe per the look and measurements. The cranks are made by Truth. I see you sell them on here. I want the folding version. Do I have to buy a specific model to fit my existing crank or are they universal?

Please let me know which balancers I should order. This broken one is from the left side of the lower window. It's a Comfortworld window. The bottom window is 26x26.5 The glass on the window is 23 1/4 x 23 3/4. I need balancers for both sides of the lower window. Thanks Bill

We live in North Myrtle Beach, SC. We bought a new home May 2008. The part that attaches to the bottom of the lower window is no longer attached to the window.
