Pivot pin for double hung window.

Looking for a SGD handle replacement for the listed model.

Need some help identifying this part for replacement. Length is 27 inches (not including attachements). The balance shoe is approx 1 1/8 inch. Stamp reads 26-3 GJ5 CMC 76.

Do you have the Balance Assembly for this window? Alside Exclaibur 2006Serial # 115-180936I believe its series 0201 but not positive about that. I am looking for an extended channel balance for Insulate brand window. The CB is 13 3/4 inches long and marked 13 3 B.S.I. Hello, Can you please confirm (looking at the attached picture) that the "projection" on the 90-005 latch (aka height of the tongue) it is 3/8" and not 1/2". Hi, I need to replace the pivot coil system and pivot shoe in the attached photo. I have not yet removed the old ones. The width is 1/2 inch. Can you please advise which replacement parts I will require for this? Also, should I cut the opening or use a spreader?Thank you,Ed

Hello would like to know if you have these window plastic flat clips that snap in the slots there are 4 clips per window .

Ever who invented the pins to hold screens in is crazy!! They are dangerous especially with cats in the house.. My cat fell out the window.. Pivot shoe is 2 plastic pieces and a metal roll for the pivot bar to fit in. It is like the one in the picture but with 2 halves of the white plastic part and one of the roller.
