I have Series 385 balances and the originals are marked with a 3130 stamp. When I installed your 3130, it began popping out of the window. I also checked and my window is 31-1/4" in height. I need to replace the springs and the sliders (where the spring and window attach). I'm providing some pictures to show what the parts look like. This part is a wrapper for a roller on the door. The roller diameter is .7 inches and the outside diameter of the wrapper is .82 inches. I am unable to find a place to buy this part anywhere and I am hoping you can help me.
