Do you have balances like these where the metal tube measures 7"? I have broken balances in a small window in my bathroom that appear to be 7" long.

We moved into a rental with sliding patio doors. Handle was not attached and I am trying to replace. It seems to not be the standard size and I can't find one that fits. Have tried local stores. I need to replace this left hand tilt lock on my PGT window. The tilt locks I have found on your website do not have the hooked tongue, so I'm hoping you can recommend a replacement.

Hi, the number on my balance is 3405. The part I can't identify is the shoe, it looks to be less than 1 inch deep. Thanks for any help you can provide. Jim

I am looking for a replacement door handle identical to the attached photo. It may be a Prime-Mortise patio door handle but it must fit a hurricane patio door. It will be installed on our community guardhouse which was built with all hurricane glass/door frames.
