Hi, I'm having trouble figuring out what part I need. The house was build in 1985. There is a number on the part it's 2230 which may mean nothing. I'm thinking I need S371 or S377. The hardware says "Truth" and the number 3084 IL. The longest piece is about 5.5" The piece that attaches to the corner of the window is about 4.5". The shortest piece is about 2/5"

VERY difficult to raise window and wont stay in place. I think I need a 770 balance, 29D. broken string evident.apparent metal channel is 9/16" W on one side and a loose spring on the other side. Do I need 1 or 2 per window?

The spiral rod broke off from the metal sleeve. There is a red tip, and the metal sleeve measures 22inches. It looks like the shoe is fine.

I need to replace the window balance springs. i would like 2 sets along with the window parts that appear to be worn out.The length is 33".I tried installing the old part but I could hardly draw it down 1 inch to hook under the snap out catch. needed another 5 6 inches. Need to replace this crank unit. It has two arms to support it when the window is open. Threaded piece no longer stays in place. Any suggestions? Thank you

Part numbers on bottom of mechanism are: 7198-17, 7198-8,and maybe? 1361-18. Can the whole gear and arms be replaced? I think the windows were original in 1984? Thank you.
