Emco 3506Do you have a replacement for this Emco storm door handle . Outside handle screw holes are 5-1/2" apart

it is exactly like your 81-082 but only 3/4" wide. How do I find a narrower option? Note the machine bolt that secures the side style to the bottom rail is 1/4" ? 20 and is 1 3/4" long.

Hi there. We have several locks that have broken on these doors, and they were only purchased 1.5 years ago. :o I've included a picture of the labels. Please tell me how to remove an original Arcadia door handle that has no exposed screws on the handle. Seems like there has to be a trick with removing the screws on the side of the door where the mortise lock is.

Channel is stamped with 19 3 and RN BS1 TH

String broken on balance. markings are 2340 HE BSI The HE is very small just after the 2340. The BSI is sideways and very small just after the HE. The markings are faint and would not show up with my camera.

The knob to the storm door handle broke. The inside lactic his fine but I have been unable to find an outside handle to match as a replacement. Window is 30 years old. Approx. size is 36"x54". One sash cord on lower sash, left side as looking out, is broken. I need a window sash balance. Also I need three window locks as shown in the attached photo.

Was wondering if you could identify these parts and let me know what the part numbers are so that I can order replacements. They were installed in 1996. These are Jeld Wen Venice sliding glass doors with what is called the Coastal Hardware with the D handle in the backwards position . They are 7 5/8" ht by 2 7/8" W

I believe the window needs a new channel installed, as I do not see one. However, there are balances. The top window will not stay up or closed unless windows are in locked position. I don't know if you have any triple coil retainers, but this has 35" 4lb. coils as in the photo. Ann help would be greatly appreciated..Thank you,Andrew

The door on right has a sweep that fits in a groove. The other door appears to have a add on that is attached on the inside of the door. The groove is 1/2 to maybe 9/16. Would the 58-085 work?
