I just bought your 39-350 look-rusco operator, RH model. Do you have left hand versions of these? Also, one of the photos shows the actuator arm located towards the center of the housing...Is this true? if so, great, as other similar named operators from other vendors have the arm right up against t ... I have pictures of what I think is a Black tip on another window of the same size, 36"X60" in another bed room. My balancer looks to be 3/8" wide by 28 1/2" long, just the tube. Spiral alone measures 29 1/4" long. Can you please help with this?

The old channel balance has the following info stamped on it "26 4 CW CMC1". The length is 26 but what about the tension? Please advise

Windows are 20 years old, found no identification on any windows. This glazing is close to your 800 series other than the little wing is 5/32 from the corner. The picture of your 800 type looks to be less. Any help would be appreciated have 4 windows that need repair. Thanks

When installed and the handle is in the closed position, what is the dimension of the handle from the glass ?......Trying to get 2.25" between the handle and the front edge of the windowjamb so a 2" blind will clear the handle and stay in plane with the front edge of the jamb.GARY S ... (cont.)
