looking for wheel & axle parts for Toro R30

Length measures 14-7/8 inches. Width 1/2 inch. There are pulleys in the shoe. How do I order a replacement? Do I need further info to install it?

Stamped on metal: 2910 NK BSI 30" long by 1/2" Flanged shoe. Entire assembly plus spring is broken.

I am wondering if the pella folding crank will fit this stem as pictured below - it is older and I was told it needed a "retro" folding pella crank - doesn't appear the same as the newer stem and surrounding units Thanks

Sliding door is in a unit that was manufactured around 1978. (I think) That part shown was removed after taking set screw out and prying down and out. Need 20 channel balances. The metal is 26" long and has a "26F BSI TV" stamp at the clip end. Balance does not have any guide or other mechanism on the ends other than the spring clip attached to the string. The channel is 1/2" square, flat backed except at spring end it is scalloped in. lawson sd hinge 3-7/16" long; pin 3/16"; bushings 5/16" odthe pin goes through all bushings. the part of the hinge that attaches to door does not make a complete closed circle around the pin bushings. this may not be lawson.??? the door is aluminum and fits a green house
