Can you please help me find the references for a window balance using the pictures in attachment? I will initially be ordering 4 which I will need to send off to the caribbean to see if they fit and then around 50 more.

One question is how can I remove the roller? I removed the screw from roller and tried to removed it but did not budge. It does not look like the height adjust screw needs to be removed. Hello, I am trying to identify this window balance and pivot lock shoe. the balance is 1/2 x 9/16. I will need a lot of these parts so i want to make sure we order the proper stuff.
