I have windows that are two years old. I have noticed air flowing thru the window jams. They are vinyl double hung/ single hung windows. I can't seem to find these anywhere. Could you advise. Thanks

Spring is from a 1610C Viking slide circa 1987. The black slide stop is the right hand piece and attaches to the sliding portion of window with 2 screw as shown in video.

the only marking i saw was "caradco" The window was installed around 25 years ago.Everything works. but when the window is full closed you can keep turning the handle until it comes out. I'm selling the house and the buyer wants this fixed.Thank you for your help.John
