From what I can tell the stamp says "a 2840". Both sides of the window unit have the rope and hook pulled out from the track. I am looking to replace this plastic part. It slides in the window track attached to the channel balancer. I cannot find any model or brand names on it or the window. It looks like I just need 2 black rubber (or urethane or plasticl sleeves that fits into the bracket that goes on the arm that opens the awning window.
