This is a black nylon part. It appears to be a pivot on the top of a tilt aluminum window. I can install it onto the window if that would help you and take a picture. Please let me know Dan

Am helping a homeowner with there older patio door.The issue they are having is the door sometimes will stick and rock up and then come down off the track.The patio door only has two bottom rollers on a track and there is no track or rollers on the top even though the door has the pockets for them.T ... I think this is part number 81-245 dimensions seem to be correct.

We have Rollison 2500 series single hung windows. The channels on the side say Unique 24-D-40 and Unique balance 24 P. As you can see from the photos one broke. I read you should replace both. Do you sell replacement parts for these? There is another number 24D USB

The window was originally purchased at Menards (slightly possible at Home Depot or Lowes). The window was purchased and installed in 2008. I have one handle that is not broken and one that is broken. I will provide you with a picture of both.
