Have a Roto Galaxy skylight. The mechanism to lock the window needs to be replaced. Purchased the window in 1984.

My window will not open. Is there away of removing the above from the inside? It seems the sliding piece on the window is stuck in the locked position. When I move the handle there is no resistance.

Please help me putting key lock in my patio door.

Alll bottom of outside window rot. Wood piece and missing one metal outside piece. Cranks work..window won?t totally shut because off wood piece Can you tell me if this is fixable if not by a piece bought to fit but by a contractor??? Thanks!!!

The keeper for this patio door lock is missing. The distance between the outside ends of the holes where the hooks would latch need to be 3 3/4" apart minimum. The three screw holes where the keeper was attached to the door frame are in line and spaced 3.25" above and below the center one. The holes ... (cont.)

The attached photos(Coil Balance Sash II and I) are the parts I need. I ordered part #S152-7 7lb Series 152 Coil Balance instead but it is incorrect. I also need to know if you are able to identify the tilt latch PAT.#5,139,291(7B).
