It appears the handles are stripped window crank will not open or close window anymore

We have a 1983 build home wiwmth black jordan windows. Some have worn balances. The stamp is 2830 and is 29in length. However I need new sash caps also. Which series are these. They are 5/8w by 5/8d by 29 long.

Openings from hole to hole measure 2 and 1/8 inch. No numbers or markings on the latch.
