Can you identify this top sash guide please? I can find all kinds of 5/8? guides but none that are 1-1/16? long.

We have a hotel we supply with their hardware. Their sliding glass doors are very wobbly on the top. What can they use to have them open and close smoothly? This problem also allows a lot of noise to enter the room.

I've been looking at the window channel balances and can't seem to fine the combination I think I need. From looking at the dimensions I think I need a 1/2 channel that's 23" long with a 19-002 top and a 15-005 shoe. The stamp on my balance reads 2220V. Do you have this combo? I've attached pictu ... Attached are photos of the channel balance used in my tilt window. Note the marking is 3520 BSI VN. My balances come with hooks attached to the cord. The balance length is 36", width is 9/16" and the depth is 5/8". I believe that the correct Swisco replacement part is S770-36 Option B. Is this corre ... (cont.)

This part is a handle for a Jaulocie window . It measures 51/4 In es from the top of the bracket to the bottom The long bar of the bracket measures 4 inches. Upon looking at the models, 39006 could be the one.
