hi! we have silverline window insect screens and they no longer make the little plastic screen latch fingers that go in the side to secure the screen into the channel. it just pops into a little hole that is in the screen frame. do you have something that would work? i have to have a bunch of my s ... The window crank unit in this window has stopped working one-way. The handle can be inserted and turned to catch the gears to open but not to close. When turn the other way, the handle un-threads And comes out of the unit. The window cannot be closed and comes out of the unit.

HelloBoth the tilt bars have snapped on this window. I believe the rest of the hardware is function but identification on them would be helpful. Thank you for your time. Mike P.

I am confident we can help you locate what you need, but we need some additional information from you first. Could you provide us with the screw hole distance between both the lock and keeper? Don't know manufactor. Outside handle snapped

The latch will not open from outside. I?d like to replace it. I tried Home Depot and Lowe?s but kits are only for up to 1 1/4 inch thick doors and this door is 2 inches thick. Photos show latch and a sticker with identifying numbers located on the door.

I?m looking to replace the tilt out latch for my windows. The brand is Winstrom.

The thing you turn to lock door broke and I took off the two screws and I saw a number 7442-3 and underneath there are 7442-4. but the part that goes inside that piece is what I need and there is no part number. Thank you, Isabel

I bought this storm door at Menards 9 years ago the latch broke off as seen int he pictures. I thought it was a Larson Screenaway but don't remember.

The long arm is 9", the short arm is 4 3/8. Says Truth Entry Gard and has a number that looks like 31538, but I can't be sure. I won a glass shop in CA and have ordered from you before. This is in a customer's window, so I can't take it out until we win the job. Thanks, Laurel

Hi, I have older windows with no clearly labeled make/model. A couple of the sash lock keepers are snapped off. I have an RBS Performance Plus window made by Alliance that has a broken coil balance. The coil is 1/2 inch wide and has what I believe is a "9" stamped on it (see photo).
