Not sure what to do here. Looks like I need something different than what?s here to have smooth operation and weatherize. The gaping holes are both top and bottom and the existing sash guides (although somewhat functional) do not appear to be native to my circa 1994 Milgard (stamped ?M.M.S. 94-8? ... (cont.)

The issue is that the part of the clip (bottom of picture) that inserts between the window and frame is quite thin. This is because the space between the window and frame is narrow. All clips I have found are too thick at that point. If you can help, it would be most appreciated. P.S. these are very ... (cont.)

To whom it may concern: We need to order 40 of the handles shown above. The actual handle can be used on a left or right crank. Besides the 40 handles, though, we need to order 6 right crank mechanisms and 1 left mechanism. These are needed in Pennsylvania prior to September 4. Can you help me? ... (cont.)

There is no brand indicated on the door. I did find a warranty sticker on the door jamb, hinge side (see pic). The handle is broken and half of it is missing. What is left on the door is the original parts. Note - there is no separate lock. It looks like the lock mechanism was a small lever on ... (cont.)

Hi; This is the stopper for a windows channel. Is a replacement part available? The channel is S380-27 : 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

Could you help to determine which one is the right replacement part for me by looking at the pictures that I attached here? I am not sure as the top and the bottom look rather different from what I have. Really appreciate your assistance.

My balance is 9/16" in width (I understand that means 1/2"), and 34" long, without the plastic parts in the photos. The window sash weighs 30 lbs. Stamped on the u-channel holding the spring is three lines of print: 28C 3.S.I RO The insulated sash measure 29Wx30.25H Two pulleys, string, and a 15x3/8 spring in u-channel, held in with pins/rivets. The sash clip-in has also failed (unsure how to remove). Thanks

one of my right-hand casement window locks, the white plastic part on the inside has broken. Can the plastic part be replaced or can I buy a whole new assembly for the window? This window was bought new in 2000 it is a casement with a lock at the top and bottom right side. James

Both springs on my double hung window broke within a few days of each other, looking to replace them but they are stamped with "10" which does not match any of the descriptions. Which should I choose?
