Hi, I have windows in an apartment and the last tenant broke some stuf,f I have pictures and will include them. There are 3 pictures of the spring rods and 2 pictures of the slider things that the pins go into. I have pictures of the pins also and a picture of the screw receiver, maybe 1/4 x 1/4 in ... 25" length, channel is 1/2" stamped with 2410. Top plastic part broke has 6603 stamped on it (I had another one break). Windows were installed in 1980.

Can you identify and provide us this part? The part is 3 inches wide and screws into the bottom of the window. It has 2 ? hooks? that connect and lock into the crank bars. Thank you. PS I cannot identify the window manufacturer.

Hi I am not looking for a hardware type of replacement part, I am looking for replacement nailing flanges for Crestline casement style windows. 15" CHANNEL BALANCE # 1430 with 1/2" channel width

Need part number for the appropriate pivot bar - length dimensions are approximate as part in hand is damaged. Prefer minimum amount of holes as an unused hole cross-section is the area that failed. Hi - I have two different Milgard window balances that I need replacing. One is 13.5" from rivet to rivet model # 13 5 DW CMC 4, the other is 19.5 rivet to rivet - model # 19 5 GW CMC 7. See photos of model #'s and end caps. What equivalent replacement part should I order? Thanks, Todd ... (cont.)

The attached photo (at least the thumbnail) is sideways, but seems to be okay if you click on the photo (the screws should be vertical). The piece is a guide for a long metal rod that makes the window locking mechanism work.

we have double-hung vinyl replacement windows in our house, and some have sash vent latches that look very similar to item 26-362, but as you can see in the photos, the dimensions are quite different (1-5/8" long, 3/8" wide). I have a Chamber Storm Door (model 62LBEL332WH). The door handle broke and I the one's at my local big box only fit doors up to 1 3/8" thick. Our door is 1 3/4" thick. Chamber Storm customer services tells me that the original hardware has been discontinued, but they can replace with a brass handle ... (cont.)

The one pictured will not work because the "C" clip interferes with the bar that moves the glass. I need either the "C" clip to be on the other side of the arm or for the arm to have an offset. I am referring to the arm that has the teeth on the operator end.Thank youDanny

Hello, A homeowner sent me a picture of the patio door handle that she threw out since it wasn't working and can't find a replacement. Screw hole to screw hole measures 7" and the cutout is 3/4"W x 6"L. Are there any options that are not brass. Thank you, Matt
